Our Evaluations include the following:

​

  1. Collection of data and information required to establish the hardship, asylum under credible fear, violence against women, or any other crime related to visa U. This step must be before the interview and subsequent psychological sessions. 

  2. Initial Interview 

  3. At least two psychological sessions after the initial interview

  4. Required psychological tests depend on the case

  5. Review the report with the attorney of the case (if it is necessary)

  6. Final Report in English  (It is not a letter, it is an exhaustive and rigorous report)

  7. During the last psychological session the report is explained to you, we will answer your questions and print and sign a copy for you.

Fees:

 

The total fee for the process is $1000. 

​

The initial amount of $500 dollars (50%) must be paid at the time of your appointment for the initial interview (remember that you must bring the whole information, records, data, and everything related to the possible extreme hardship.) (This fee is non-refundable)

​

If for any reason, after the first interview we realize that we cannot help you, we will notify you immediately and you will be refund the amount of $200 from the initial amount ($500 dollars) that you paid at the time of your initial interview.

​

The remaining balance $500 dollars (50%) must be paid after your second psychological session.

​

The final report will be given to you within 5 to 7 business days during the last step of the process listed above (Last psychological session)
